please help

i am ready to put together my engine(3.8) but my timing cover was over tourqed and one ear is just about off. I would like to get this in the car so I can take it to a car show at radium in 2 weeks but to order a new one is 4 week back order. I live in red deer ab. can. is htere any body around that may have one I could purchase that is in good shape. i already tried some auto wreckers and they don't want to mess up a complete engine,or the one I did find had 2 and sent me his best one but it was in worse shape than the 1 i have. please help me out!!!!!!!!!!

hey i am in the same situation my timing cover cracked in 3 places i might have 1 localy if i find another 1 ill let you know good luck Vin
