It covers the hole in the door panel where the door handle is on the inside. Just slide it through your inside door handle. Then put on your lower door panel. HTH

it's a gasket that fits over the interior door handle release then you put the interior panel on. It keeps wind drafts from blowing thru the door handle opening inside.

I thought the juting and insulted door padding stopped the wind where can I get two of those mine are missing too
