It's 8am Pacific time and I just tried to get into it. I got "Page cannot be displayed" I refreshed and then it immediately came up.

On my main computer, once I have been on the site, I seem to be able to access it any time that day, and go to any page. I clear out temp files, etc, etc, and it is still available. I go to my laptop, start it up, and it is not available. If I shut down my main computer & restart, it is not available any longer.

Somewhere somehow on my computer, it saves stuff in cache memory (or???) even after deleting temps & files & history, until restart.

That's who the site is hosted thru. Once the site is down, their site seems to be as well. But, if I accessed it once, it stays available on main computer until restart.

You might want to check DNS. See if you can go to site by IP Address I sent you. If it works, then it is a DNS issue from your provider. Seems like most people here are not having a problem.
