Had this emailed to me from a retired policeman. I have to say I was impressed by the direction of the news guy when he ordered the camera man to pull back the camera shot. It seems to me he was pro-police. As usual though theres always someone that has to comment that has no idea of what really happened (fat guy). Long Beach Police officers shoot suspect on live TV

I thought he was sort of protecting the Police, because if that was a "bad shoot" then the video would not be as incriminating because the video panned back at his order. That being said, those Officers did exactly what they are trained to do, ---see a weapon, and immediately think there is another, and another and another.

LOL!! It looks like there was more than just one shot fired. If this were TX or some state back East it would have only takin one shot. It looks as if he threw the gun then tried to toss his drugs in his pocket. That happend right down the street from West Coast Choppers.

It appears that the dumbass tripped(while attempting to flee!!) and lost his gun, now knowing there is a bevy of police officers on his ass, he sits up and reaches into his pocket.. Of course they lit him up...You take as many shots as is needed to stop the threat...
