The injectors have a little over 700 miles on them. I bought them brand new from PTE. They were all flowed tested and each is individually number. I put the jet size that NX recommended for the 50 shot on the nitrous side and fuel. I just upgraded my fuel jet from a 20 to a 22. I hope this might help it some. I may lose a little HP, but don't want to loose a head gasket.

Nah, I'm basically a stocker. Only run around 16 psi on 94 octane. The most I've ran was 18-19 and that was dangerous. Wont do that until I get some xylene mix in there, and crank the octane up a little.

Well if the plugs are not at fault, which you'll find out soon I guess, then it's probably something with the a/f ratio. Since you also added a bottle heater to the mix it may have just been lean popping at the higher bottle pressure. With the stock ecu and MAF we have no computer control of fuel delivery once the MAF is maxed out. As in for the ~ entire run in your case ;-) We have to manually adjust the air/fuel ratio by changing one or the other. IMO going up on fuel jet slightly was probably a good move, based on your description. If nothing else it may help diagnose. Also, your performance level is probably pretty close to the edge for a single Walbro 307. Being close to the edge, as your fuel filter gets more use and more stopped up it may even put the delivery capability into the red zone. You might add a new one to the list, and of course that double pumper :-)

Just some thoughts.

What do TB guys mean when they say "double pumper?" Two fuel pumps? (It can't be the kind of double pumper that comes to MY mind!) :p

I just purchased a new fuel filter should go in tommorrow. I just took the car out for a spin and it is running good with the new plugs. I floored it to 24 lbs of boost, no problems. NO NOS!! I'm getting very low 800's 02 reading, but it show at least 1 degree of knock or less. Maybe I got some bad fuel:mad: I will for sure order that double pumper in a couple of weeks. Maybe we could still squeeze a little more out of these 50 lbs inj with the new pumps.;)

Yeah it's a staged, twin pumps in the tank system that basically bolts in.
