Popping @ wot usually are signs of having a wiped cam lobe pop your valve cover's off and turn the car on see if you see any difference in rocker arm movement. You can also do a compression test/ leakdown test, its fairly easy.

I would 1st verify you have steady fuel pressure run the car with a gauge taped to you window, and verify your fp while driving and under boost. The next thing would be to check all your grounds very well, Install your scanmaster so you can see whats going on, It's always good to check your compression let me know how it goes.
HAD THIS ISSUE WITH A TRUCK YEARS AGO, CAM LOBE..

Update , new fuel pump and all was well with 2nd and 3rd starts. Tried to go from a 15mph punch and popping returned. Problem potentially found , bad drivers motor mount and trans mount pulling on ground straps on back of head in first gear. Don't believe it is cam lobes after running it up to 110 mph in third gear with no popping. So after it sets, ground straps have enough to ground it after resetting computer, and the toque along with broken motor mount in 1st gear caused problems with ground straps...

Thanks all for the input....
