Popping Sound???

I am getting a weird popping sound coming from the driveline (driveshaft or rearend). It only happens at operating temperture and an idle speed going stright or turning, I mostly here it when I pull into my garage after driving. Also, when it make this sound you can feel something in a bind like the U joints or something in the rearend. I recently changed the rearend fluid but there was no change . What could this be making this popping, grinding sound? Any input would be GREATLY appreciated.

Could be rear swaybar/control arms/bushings. A lot of bind is can be built up in these while driving and released when going slow/braking.
