It's always nice to get complements on our cars, but when it comes from a Buick vendor it does feel nice. I drove up to Postons today to check out their new warehouse and buy an adjustable FP reg and a FP gauge. They were very excited to see a GN that wasn't a basket-case. They were so excited in fact, they took a picture of my car in front of their new warehouse. Hmm, maybe I'll be on the new catalog? :D

Now I only wish they would get an operational web site. Most Buick part vendors (not all) are pretty crappy, but to not have one that works at all! :confused:

It's funny, they run banners over at TurboBuicks.com, yet when you clik thru - it takes you to a dead link..
 
Ownership just changed hands so I'd imagine they'll have a website soon. They better if the want future buisness..

Well my question was answered, I was gonna ask if they had a website:(
Next question: what's thier phone number? I heard they sell replacement headers for our cars, mine are cracked of course and I hate the sound of cracked headers

Although I may break down and call Ramchargers to get in on that fan deal. :D
 
Poston is working on a new website. I have ordered both GS and TR parts without a problem. IMO they are the best vendor we have. CARS sent me a order I called and cancelled while the stuff was on backorder and all of a sudden it showed up at my door. I sent it back and my VISA still has not been credited after nearly a month.

Poston's has always been first class as a vendor and I too have ordered bunches of TR and GS parts from them over the years. Good to hear that they are moving up into the new age with a website coming and internet orders. That will be welcome and should really expand their clientele. One thing I really like about them is that unlike many vendors, they won't gouge you big time with additional shipping charges! And, if you are located in close proximity to them as with a neighboring state, you'll get your order within two days with lowest cost ground rate shipping.
 
I hear they have new owners? Hopefully the new owners have the same customer service repertoire..

I have ordered several parts though them and I have never been disappointed. Great service and help over the phone and fast delevery within 3 days. As a mater of fact other than A.T.R. (great to do service with also) , Poston's is the one of the few vendors I buy parts from since they are very reliable. :)
 
I've had nothing but good experiences with Poston's. Let's hope the new ownership has the same attitude toward customer service :cool:

Well, I think all the same people still work there except it has a new owner. The new facility is much nicer than their old one. Lets hope they get a website.
