Going to need a new crossover and am wondering how their's works with stock headers? I'll have to fix the "out-of-roundness" that the header flanges have first, though! Thanks,

Here's a little story....

Got mine with the Postons' headers even though RU said not to get the 2 piece.

Anywhoo I put it on with some copper RTV at the seam.

First top engine clean wiped all that out and turned it into gook and it leaked at the seam nice white smoke.

So I had some other work done at the shop and had them take it off and weld it up around the seam since it was fitted to the car nicely by then.

Looks like crap since it bured the paint off the seam area but works fine no leaks and no problems.

First thing I notice when I go under the car though, that big ugly seam. ;)

Very functional not the best idea. ;)

Just my .02.

Got one about 4 years ago, no leaks yet.

What you do is get some muffler seal (ceramic in a tube) and put it on both sides of the slip fit. Then use a stainless STRAP, not a clamp, and let it dry overnight. It seals like a weld and the strap which is about 5 inches long seals it snug.

Don't strap it until you clamp down the passenger and driver sides.
