Power antenna and trunk opener

My power antenna is stuck in the up position and my trunk opener won't work anymore. My cig lighter and radio is working even though i read that the lighter is on same relay. Do you all think its the relay? If so where exactly is the relay located? Any pics out there of location? I checked radio ang cig fuse. Both good.

There's no relay that powers the cig lighter, dome light and clock lead (basically everything with an orange wire). It's just the fuse.

Well the opener and the antenna relay. Those dont work but lighter does. Its not the fuse that handles all 3. Its good. The relay handles the ant. And opener but still cant fid it. Gonna have to dig deeper.
