power distribution problem

Help!!!!!
Okay,I just installed rebuilt tranny
Now:
no headlights
no interior lights
no door looks
no radio
no alarm

BUT

horn ok
power windows ok
hazards ok

I'm thinking a ground or power lead not connected
groundstrap checked out & in place
trying to figure out the nexus I'm assuming/hoping that all the problems are interrelated & can be resolved w/ one fix
Suggestions on where to start?

Fusible links on the starter. Back probe the wires and see if its getting power.
