thats the single motor style i have a few of those and a few of the 3 motor style. supposedly the 1987 style is better. either style $175 without switch $225 with switch. both switch styles are diffrent and cant be interchanged. you can however put the 1987 power seat track with switch on your 1986 seat without issue

Do you currently have a power seat?
If it is power what is wrong with it?
Are you converting to a power seat?
If you don't you will need wiring as well.
