Power Logger question

I just got a PowerLogger and cannot get it to work. I have XP Pro on my Dell that is a 2001 model. The error I am getting is "ComPort error" The USB does work. My IPOD works in there. So I am not sure what the issue is.

In the communication setup... did you try every possible comport selection? Mine works on #10

How do you do that? I have never messed with that before.

OK I found out how to do that. So you had to scroll through the COM port options to get it to work?

I think I have an issue with the USB drivers. Can either one of you send me the drivers via email? I have not been able to get a hold of Mike.
