I hope and pray that all of you out there across the country are safe and warm.

This storm is shaping up to be a monster.

Meanwhile, in Phoenix, I'm sitting in my front room with the front door open, letting in the fresh air.

74* here today, it was supposed to rain, but nope. I don't think we've even seen a 55* daytime high here this season. This would be the time when that happens.

Summer is going to suck big time this year. BIG TIME.

I installed a new carburetor on my 1132 Toro snowblower yesterday afternoon. I blew snow for a couple hours today and had to put a battery charger on the kids’ two Trailblazers to get them moved. It took me 6hrs to get everything accomplished. I did take each of them for a 40 drive. I’ll probably have to do the same tomorrow so the youngest can make it to high school Monday.
One of them sat since Tuesday and the other since Thursday night. They had an E learning day Friday. The 20 below zero temps in North central Iowa really suck the batteries down and everything cranks hard. It got up to 5 below today. Heat wave.
I should have used that new -10W30 Mobile 1 Synthetic oil. Lol
