Power potential of more boost

Just wondering I just put in a stretched inter cooler and te44 with pocket ported heads , ported elbow .
It's at 16psi now zero to 1 degree retard .
TT chip is burned for alcohol but this is without alcohol.
I am putting a new alkycontrol system on this week and I was just wondering about where would I be ball park RWHP now and what would another 5 psi with alcohol give me.
I have advised 21 is about the limit for stick type head gaskets.

The limit of stock type head gaskets is detonation/hp. IMO, high 10's is where the stockers with no detonation is the limit. An alky chip with no alky will be lean, but at 16psi it is fine. I have run 31psi with stock head gaskets, stock heads, stretch intercooler, and Q16 fuel. HP makes cylinder pressure, detonation makes extreme cylinder pressure, boost is only part it.

28-29 all day with stock head gaskets on a 24,000 mile engine and ALKY.

You should be able to run more than just 21. I had my stocker at 24lbs before it started spilling oil all over the place.

I run 25psi with my 44 at the track for at least 20-30 passes each year and 20-21psi on the street all the time. I lifted the heads once due to low voltage preignition but never just from boost and the heads resealed; never blew out the fire ring, just pushed exhaust and coolant past the head side of the gasket. I replaced the HGs with stock HGs the one time I did it 15k miles and 35 passes ago.
