Doing my yearly Power master rodeo! Seems like one of my cars always is in need of something related to PM. Looking on the bright side, I seem to learn a little more every time I have a new problem.

Well this time it is the motor. Put a new motor on and it will not run with key on to pressure up.
I only have power at Terminal "C" on the motor connector.
No power at all to any of the pins on the Pressure switch.
Fuse is good

From what I understand I should have power at Terminal B as well with ignition on.

Thanks in advance for any clues to solve the mystery.

The pressure switch is a grounding switch so don't look for power readings there.

Pin B is the +12 volt source from the RLYS fuse 5 amp. which is active with the iginition key in the RUN position.

Pin D will be grounded when the brake switch is under 400 psi. or so.

Thanks,

Yes the RLY fuse was blown.

Replaced and B pin now has power however still PM motor still does not power up.
After about a min with key on the PM motor starts to give off little puffs of smoke and is hot.
I must have a bad motor? This is same symptoms as the motor that went bad. Is there a way to test motor?

Thanks for all the help, if anything i have learned what to look for.
