Power window go down with NO keys in the car??Help

I have no drain on the battery ,but this concerns me that the windows work while the keys are not in the ignition,,also I was told when I bought the car that when you use the power door locks the fuse blows,,well I accidently hit the door lock,,not sure if the fuse was ever good or not but I am missing power to my Blower for the htr and air conditioner...which fuse is for that ,everyone I checked is good,,??

I think the pink BIG wire is for your power windows on the upper LEFT side of the fuse panel. That should not get power with the key off, possibly could be that on the backside is melted and giving power to that with the key off, but thats worse case scenerio.

If you blow fuses with the door locks, unplug the acutal lock/unlock buttons, most likely one is shot and sending power to ground... been there.

Thanks when I find time I will look into it,my Dad was over tonight to see Our new baby boy(4days old),well it looked nice having 3 TB's in the driveway
