Powerlogger & TT chip adjustments

Is it possible to change the Turbotweak settings using only Powerlogger or is a scantool required?
I see the Block Learn Values on the Data screen for INT and BLM but will it cycle in key/on-engine/off mode to show the chip adjustments and integrator settings as well?

I think I understand what you are asking. The powerlogger is a scantool that also logs data. Just follow the instructions that came with the chip.

My powerlogger cuts off when I turn the key off. I do the key on and 3 pedals and then reconnect the powerlogger. At that point I choose which value to change in the chip. Hope that helps.

Powerlogger IS a scantool, AND a data logger.
