powermaster brakes

my brakes have started to have a hard pedal when braking.dosent want tostop at first then finally grabs but dosnot lock up.has anyone else had this problem?

Could be accumulator or the pm motor not generating enough pressure. More than likely the later. Do a search on PM adapter and you'll find a method to make an adapter for a set of brake gauges, then you can test the PM system like the factory. I'll check in later

Listen to see if the PM runs when you turn on the ignition switch. If motor does not energize then check the fuse block. Is your brake light on all the time?
