Just installed Wilwoods all the way around my car and the brakes feel soft. First half of the pedal travel has no effect. I plan on bleeding them again, but was wondering if I needed a bigger master cylinder to keep up with the volume of fluid needed for these brakes. Experiences?

Greg,

Please don't take this the wrong way, but your braking system is half-complete. The Powermaster, IMO, is marginal for stock discs/drums. Didn't Wilwood have specific recommendations regarding the power booster/master cylinder to be used with their brakes? I had a car with Baer brakes, and I know they insisted certain parameters be followed for the best performance from the brakes.
If I were you, I'd convert to vacuum at the very least. At best, I'd get the Wilwood booster/master cylinder and be done with it. BTW, you DO have a proportioning valve, don't you?
No flame intended, just putting in my 2psi.:D
