hey,
Whats up all just wanted to post that i now have a te 60 and front mount intercooler on the car now no more hot air the car flies dont regret it one bit had to custum make the section above the intake so the tb and intercooler piping can hook up. also put on precision 50# intectors and turbo tweak chip the car breaks your neck and does not stop pulling its incredible
i am slowly turning it up 1 pound of boost each day its at 18# so far no knock at all ps turbo is in stock location !!!!!!!!!!

wow that is good to hear! glad things are working out for you. let me know if I can help with anything...it's really hard to beat a front mount intercooler that's for sure...you get tons of power just from bolting that thing on!

hey don i bought this turbo from you on ebay it was one of 2 also got the 50#ers from you as well for my hot air project everything works great that turbo was definatly worth it and it sounds nice spooling up thanks man

hey boosted 84 hey congrats on ur setup just wonderin if u have any pics of ur pipin and intercooler setup? is this ur own custom made pipin or is it spearco setup ? if u can take some pics let me or send them out to me i'd like to see thanx and awesome job man

hey thanks
ill try to get pics tommorrow........ no its all custum piping but easily done and its on a hot air intake thats stock excepted for being ported and polished

heyright on man its good to hear the custom word i would appreciate any pics u have to share and if u can get some detailed ones on how ur tubing is at the intake and turbo would be sweet thanx

I want pics. Did you modify the fuel rail any from stock. I am wanting to put a te44 on my v2 with stock fuel rail but with the stock turbo i have only 1/2 fron comp housing to v2 intake and about the sam or a little less between housing and stock fuel rail.

sorry been busy working like crazy pics to come soon ...... i just had to cut the four mount tabs for the fuel rail in half maybe a little less to and use washers with the bolts to clamp it down tight i had to do this because the 2 1/2 elbow that i put in didnt clear it ,.... i also had to put the hot air turbo mount on the turbo and flip the bolts so it shifted about a 1/4 inch to leftjust enough for the much larger Ar 60 compressor housing to clear the elbow , off the elbow i took an 87 inlet bell and cut it down to 2 1/2 inches bolted it up to stock HA throttle body and used a silicone coupler to join them so it stays 2 1/2 inches all the way,... off the throttle body i used aonther elbow and ran it straight to the front mount outlet on the drivers side,... on the passengers side it goes right to the turbo its a large front mount ... all you can see through the front grille is intercooler i also added an oil cooler and ran stainless lines to turbo now has better oil pressure also and the oil doesnt get burnt

hey thanx for those pics again ur setup sounds sweet :D when u say all u see is a big front mount through the grille thats the look n setup i want, when u get the time maybe u can take some pics of how everything looks like all put together from the back of the intake to the front where the intercooler is setup i'd like to see how everything looks all in one piece together hey thanx for takin the time goodluck
