Pressures are always lower at temp. That's just the nature of the beast. When you reassembled the pump can your say for 100% sure it wasn't locked up?

Does it still take 15~20 seconds for pressure to come up after starting?

Sorry, I haven't able to log onto forum. There was a error that was constantly occurring.

When I put the gear back n, I didn't do any checks but to make sure I put it back together EXACTLY as it was before.

I will say that the chances of it have been locked up is very unlikely. The reason I say that is because, I was turning the oil pump gear shaft from cam shaft entry hole by hand with a screwdriver and it was turning with ease. There was no feeling of it being binded up.

When the engine is cranked, the oil pressure reads on the gauge in about 3-4 secs. It immediately pegs all the way over to 80+ psi
