A little clarification, since you have a hot air (no oil cooler) all you need are steps 11 and 12:
11. Prime the engine with oil by turning the oil pump (clockwise) with a drill until you get oil to the rocker arms.
12. Reinstall and set the cam sensor, and you are done
You can usually pick up a priming tool very cheaply, if you don't want to make your own. They are the same as a small block chevy.
My advice: do not crank until you prime, turn the motor over with a breaker bar to make sure oil gets to all areas. (ie, both rocker shafts)
