The tv cable is the cable that is right below your throttle cable on the throttle body, both cables are cliped into a bracket behind the throttle body that bolts to the dog house(forgot the name). To properly set it there is a botton on the side that you push in,at the same time you will need to grab the back of the cable(towards the firewall) and pull it back towards the firewall. Then when the cable is all the way back release the button. Now go inside the car and push the gas pedal all the way to the floor(car not running)And you should hear it click. Now the cable is corectly set.If you further want to play with it by pushing the button and pushing the cable to the front of the car it will decrease tv pressure and make it shift early,be forwarned that this can damage the trans seeing you are lowering the pressures. If you have to do this just go a couple of notches.Going the other way wont harm the trans do to you would be increasing the pressure and making it shift later(but if you go any more than a couple notches the cable will just click back to the correct setting.

Thats good looking out because I got overdrive in my gn now thanks for the info.

Back the TV cable way off. When you do this you must drive the car very easy. See if it will go into OD.

Did you get this handled Justin?
Like Lonnie said earlier, you need to sometimes let the cable way down.

For whatever reason, from time to time, some of my trannies have a hangy/late OD until they have gone in to OD a couple times. After that they are fine.

Thanks guys for the help.

Brian
