Propain Lock-in for '09-10 season

Getting a little late in the year for propane lock-in's already. I'm wondering what prices you guys are seeing in your area's?

I'm locked in @ $1.79gal for the coming season.
That's only 4cents/gal more than I paid 3yrs ago!

With all the talk about the Cap and Trade tax in congress now, I'm thinkin the lock may be the last bargain we see... ?

I work for a propane company in CT and our pre-buy prices don't come out till late August. Luckily I pay 5 cents over cost per gallon. I think the most I have ever paid was a 1.38 sometime over this winter. 2 years ago I was getting it a 70 cents a gallon!!! :biggrin:

i did'nt lock in but i called today and summer fill price is $1.29 so i'm filling up.
when i filled up on 12 - 2 - 08 it was $1.99.
