Back on topic, Here are a couple pics of the speaker hole with the windows up and down. The big gear on these regulators is a partial circle and it never goes behind the speaker.

Alright, so I'm going to ditch using 6.5's altogether. I came to the conclusion that I would need to hack up my door panels more that I wanted. So I'm just going to use my Focal 5.25's and call it a day. I tested one in the door and then again in a kick panel. Frequency response in the kick panel is pretty good. I get a little more low end extension in the door, but not enough to care about. I guess I will put them in the q forms. My only concern is that I lose a little foot room, but I already relocated my ECM so I'll go for it.
