pt54 compressor backing plate bore wear

Bought a pt54 off ebay for "parts" but seller said only problem was seals. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA yeah right!! So im looking at it tore down and im noticing lots of probs. First is the bore in the backing plate on the compressor side, def. looks like something spun inside. Is this normal? Repairable? Cost of replacement? Second is underneath 360 thrust there is a huge amount of burrs at the entry of the bore. Looks like it can just be stoned and dressed. Is this normal. Just wondering if i should sell the .63 housing to get my hundred back or send it for rebuild. Im a tool maker working at a die shop so im not worried about machine work just wanna know if its worth it. Your opinions will be much appreciated. Thanks
