PTS High Rev Governor from Level 10

I'm thinking of rebuilding my transmission myself over the winter and was wondering if anyone has used this governor? It suppose to shift between 5400-5800. I plan to add a 3K stall converter, larger turbo, P&P heads & other mods, but wanted more rpms to get further down the track in 3rd.

Anyone also know where to get a good rebuild kit with some hard parts? I would like it to handle about 500 hp.
