PTS shift kit install complete, works great!

Bruce, wanted to let you know the new kit works great. Special thanks for answering questions posted here and by phone. I had a lot of newbie questions, but am glad I did the work myself, and learned a lot as a result. I feel confident I could do the work again without much trouble .

The car shifts firm and will bark the Nittos into second at WOT. It would not do that before, the shifts were soft, even with the TV cable adusted up. The new TC solenoid solved the lockup problem.

Anyone considering a shift kit, you should try the PTS. I have never done this type of work before and was able to complete the job. There is no drilling required. Customer service from Bruce T, WE4, was outstanding!

My son, age 9, wanted to see how you told me to fix that S shift link without removing the VB as soon as he got home from school. Then my daughter, age 7, rolled under the car later on to have a look at things also, she said "I want you to show me what you showed him!" .
