Putting in new turbo.. Should I use anything on the gaskets?

87 3.8, I'm putting everything back together, but I'm nervous about my oil return gasket.. Should I use anything, or install it dry? My gasket manual doesn't say either way.

I would install a new oil return gasket, should be available at the dealership.
If the old one wasnt too old and came off in one piece, i still would replace it with a new one.

I have always had no leaks after aplying a little copper RTV on top of the gasket. Installed it dry once and had a leak

I too have installed one dry and it leaked. But the last few times I've traded turbos, I didn't use a gasket at all, just a little smear of copper RTV all the way around and haven't had a leak.
