Ive searched and read, but i still dont get the whole 'stall' thing, I know it lets your engine rev higher before the trans grabs, but wont this affect dailys street driving?
I'm getting another gn soon (last one had the stock stall/torque converter).
Im wondering, whats the highest stall I can go for, but still be 100% streetable. Im wanting a bigger turbo, but i dont want to hinder streetablilty.
Whats the best set-up? And heres the things im looking for:
- Quick Spool Up
- Very Street-able
- Low 11s High 10s Capable (Dont want to switch out turbos)
- Somewhat Reliable
- Most Powerfull & Quick Spooling
Ive heard about a few combos, heres a few:
- TE60 & 3200 Stall
- TA49 & 2800 Stall
- T63E & 3000 Stall
Are these combos worth a crap?
Not sure, Ive always been into Manuals, Not autos.
