Question about welding a Duttweiler Neck

I want to upgrade my stock intercooler, but dont know where to get the neck welded. Is this something I can bring to someone locally? I'd imagine there is a specific temperature and type weld that needs to be used.

Putting a 45 degree chamfer on the edges of the neck and intercooler makes it easier for even a marginal welder to get full penetration.

Otherwise, steve's site really lays out the process well.
