Question on how to replace fuel injectors and what year valve springs to get?

Is there a link or site that explains step by step with pictures on how to remove and replace fuel injectors? Also is there any torque specifications when tightening everything back on? Also what year vehicle is the best to get the blue LT1 valve springs from? What vehicle has the better springs to get brand new? Also any torqueing that needs to be done on these as well or on the valve covers? Thanks. Want to try and get this done in a couple of weeks.:smile:

Removing inj
remove coil /module,trans bracket with lines move out the way,FPR,fuel lines,harness connector,4 bolts securing inj rail. Use a wrench large enough to slip under a few inj and pry them out,remove debri from inj holes. When installing inj use a little vaseline on o rings, hand tighten fpr to fuel line and hand tight 2 bolts to rail,hand tight everything.

Just use comp 979 valve springs, LT1 and 980's arent needed and just put more tension on your lifters.
