I had an 11" KB installed but cracked the hub, rebuilt tranny in the meantime, now ready for the convertor. I have an original D5 that came out of the car 6yrs ago. I assume it worked ok when removed since the car was driveable.
Is there a way to check these? Do I need to get it flushed or can it be?
It is a mostly stock setup so I thought the D5 might be the best selection (and cheapest) or I could get the KB fixed for about 150.00.
Please advise which way to go or if you have other suggestions that would be great too.
