Anyone know? Also, anyone know where the sweet spot is with this turbo as well as the minimum boost level before it surges?

There is a local GN racer with tubbed car weighing around 3100lbs and he has gone low 10's with his. ported iron heads/roller cam. Not sure of the MPH or exact et he achieved but it was low 10's.

If you really want to go fast a non stock appearing turbo probably isn't the best choice unless you are going for stock look.

4" inlet with 2 1/2" compressor discharge is the way to go.

Thanks for the reply.

I realize that a 4" turbo will make more power, I had a Q trim T70 on my GN last. I am now sticking the GN engine in my T and wanted to keep a stealthy look to the car. Granted the Stealth turbo is exactly stock appearing, but it certainly doesn't jump out at you like a 4" inlet 70mm will. I also wanted to keep the 3" MAF and accompanying 3" MAF pipe. Since the Stealth uses a 3" inlet, it's perfect. I don't see the point of a 4" inlet turbo when using a 3" pipe and MAF to feed it. PT&E says the Stealth will support 750fwhp. Seeing that it takes about 550rwhp to push a full-weight TR into the 10.80s, the Stealth should be plenty big enough for low 10 second power with the right combo. The T is also a few hundred pounds lighter than my GN, so it shouldn't have a problem going 10.50s or so with the GN engine and proper tune up.

According to one of the Techs at Limited, there's less then a 1% difference in going to a TA from a TE housing on a 60 core.

The Stealth has a TE housing. We are talking about the difference between a 3" inlet housing and a 4" inlet housing in which there is about a 10% difference.
