No one sheds light on this subject like Chris Rock does. I have watched this video so many times before but every time I watch it gets better. A perfect way to describe how someone should use the "N" word and what it represents.

It's kinda sad. Most of the people that would love for the black mans image to get better are black people themselves. Chris Rock's sketch is brilliant. I hope it wakes up some minds.
