Hello all,

I originally posted this in the "Advertiser's" section but it disappeared without explanation.

Does anyone know if Ramcharger's is still in business? I ordered the dual fans on October 9th and haven't heard a word since. When I go to their website it shows my order as "Open". I sent an e-mail a month or so ago but no reply.

Any ideas????

Thanks Mike. Do you have a non toll free number?? I am in Canada and that toll free number doesn't work for me.

It appears we have a problem with your address jiving with our UPS system.

Kev,

I just logged into my account on your website. My address, phone numbers (2) and e-mail are correct and unchanged since I ordered my Scanmaster in June from you guys.
It is 7:45 pm now and I won't be able to call you during the day tomorrow or Christmas Eve as I have to work both days. Can you send me an e-mail through the system letting me know what UPS says??
