Hear a rattling noise from the front drivers side area. Pulled the wheel and started pounding away with a rubber mallet. It looks like a brake pads are rattling around in the caliper. Did not take it apart yet. Have not done a brake job on Turbo Buicks in a while. Cant remember if the pad had a clip built into it or if I need some of that brake quiet stuff.

.....also have poly bushings everywhere. Do I need to use a special grease?

It was a common issue Ryan. The outside pad is usually the problem. Take the caliper off with the pads and you'll see the part that goes toward the center of the rotor. The 2 ears need to be bent so that the pad is held tighter on the caliper.

I tweaked the ears and put some brake quiet glue.....was laying around anyway. Since I had the car in the air was doing some clean up. When I get it back on the road will let ya know.
