Real Estate Hold or Sell?

More people are looking to rent when the housing market is down simply because they no longer have a home to reside in. I would continue to rent until the housing market comes back up. Sell then, not now.

Good news guys...got soild contract tonite. Looks like the next 10 days or so after the inspections in all we will see if it will stick. Offer was almost full asking so no counter was needed. The 1st time home buyer rebate expires 11-30..so that helped. We were not on the market 3 weeks,had 9 showings.
I am tickled pink. In 10 days hopefully we can buy our house in the country!!!

wait until the inspection is over, they try to find everything bad about the property, then get you to come down in price, i had 3 pages of repairs, including new electric service, hold tight on your price. :wink:

You are correct!!!That's ok though my Dad and I remodeled the entire house. He's been in residential buliding his entire life. The will find something,but hopefully it won't be too bad.
