Rear glass area leak/rust repair ????????

The car has developed a leak around the rear glass and i also noticed some rust.
Need help with the repair process and correct order of materials to be applied.

Thinking bout doing it this way
1-Remove glass
2-Mechanically clean all the rust out.
3-Use a rust neutralizer/metal treatment like - http://www.eastwood.com/ew-fast-etch-16-fluid-oz.html ,http://www.por15.com/PREP-READY/productinfo/MRG/
4- Spray Epoxy primer - Transtar, PPGDP, Eastwood.
5- Bondo where needed
6- 2K primer
7- Primer sealer
8- Topcoat
9- Clear coat.

Does this order of materials/process look right?

There's been some threads on this subject with some good pictures. With tips what to watch out for. Search around a little more. That spot is prone to rust............. don't recall anyone using Bondo :(

If you are using a filler, before Bondo, I'd look at Allmetal. Best way: Cut the rust out, and weld in new matl...

Save your self the money and use the epoxy primer for your sealer also. Just reduce it 25% or more. Like everyone else said if you need to....cut out rusted areas and weld in new metal. Otherwise it will come back for sure. Good luck
