Rear Main Seal Suggestions

I am thinking of having my rear main seal replaced. Charlie was telling me that I shoul use A viton seal from a 1986-1987 STOCK buick regal, T-TYPE Buick, or Grand national, or GNX seal??? I am going to Vatozone.

I always go by if it aint broke dont fix it, Are u sure the leak is from there.
Anyway u could think of it as preventive maintenance.:wink:
