I have a farely decent oil leak and I think it is coming from me Rear Main Seal. How easy is it to replace this? Do I have to pull the motor? What are the steps as to how to replace it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The oil pan can be removed without removing the engine. Felpro manufactures a neoprene seal. You can choose to use the side seal or not. I use the side seals and anaerobic sealant (cures in the absense of air). Don't forget to re-torque the rear main cap to 100 ft/lbs.

When I did mine, I threaded a "thin" screw into the old seal (rope) and then rotated the engine by hand and pulled down on the screw while turning the engine. Can you get a visual on that?

That anerobic stuff is expensive

If it were me id just pull the engine. All the time you'd spend finnicking with working under a car, and trying to do all that you could have just lifted out he engine and done it like a gentleman. :)
