Recomendation on cutting gasket!

I am having to make some gaskets for my DP to exhaust side of my turbo and have some hi heat gasket material with a thin layer of metal in between the gasket materital. I know I can use tin snips for the rough outlineof the gasket but what do you think would work on the turbine outlet and wastegate? I already figured on a drill bit for the Dp holes.

When you have to make a hole in something thin, it is usually a good idea to sandwich it in between two pieces of wood or even thick plastic. Then when you drill through, the bit does not tear away at the edges so bad. You could use a hole saw or even a jigsaw with a pilot hole first, fine blade of course.

I got lucky whilst garage sailing and got leather hole punches from 1/8 th to 5/8...works great for knocking holes into gasket material. ( they are cup shaped) Leather punches, hole punches and slot punchesCraftool® Round Hole Drive Punches....

then my dremel with cutoff wheels always comes in handy and i supos cutting any kind of sandwiched exhaust material, be kinda hard with Xacto knife and tin snips prolly mangle gasket up.

Your putting a gasket inbetween your dp/wg and the turbine housing?, i was told not to so i just put some copper rtv on, I was gonna but looking at thickness of gasket would have offset my puck against the hole... hmmmm and i have yet to see any gasket listed be it copper or some space age copolymer blend..now me really confused
