Well I'm in the process of building my 109 short block.what ring gap top and bottom would be ideal for typical street Buick
Stock crank, arp main studs, bullet center caps, stock rods with arp bolts 3.830 bore with JE pistons with plasma file to fit rings any suggestions?
Planing on running 15-25 psi or so

I've got JE plasma top and convectional Molly 2 ring they recommend running 20 on top and 21-22 on the second ring
What you guys running on your buicks ??

.023 top and .025 second for a motor that will see lots of boost, is what I have used in the past. Frankly going by the manufactures suggestion is usually a good move.
