For some reason my power logger is not recording boost correctly...I have the power loggers wired to the green wire of the MAP sensor via my PAC wiring. I tapped off the green wire going to my Alky system under the dash....same wire correct? I configure the Power logger for 3 Bar and it reads boost real high....24 psi records 38 psi ? While viewing the recorded file If I switch from 3 Bar to 2 Bar the boost drops to the correct boost from 38 down to 24. Also it doesn't seem accurate on the low boost recordings...for example I know I did not launch the car at 13 psi...more like 2 or 3 psi on that particular run. I also have the Scanmaster update now running off the Power logger output and the Boost/Vac match my Autometer Boost/Vac gauge dead on?

What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like your scaling is off.

GM 3 bar reads 1.6volts dc Key ON.. engine not running =100 KPA on the green wire. Sounds like your voltage is correct.

Only issue with the TTA is that the factory installed a voltage reducing resistor on the connector plug that could drop the voltage from the sensor. If you get 1.6 on the green, 5v on the gray, and ground on the black your fine.

Also new is the pressure transducer for the alky.. and can also be used for fuel..

Since your logging ;)
