Regal GS w/ 5-speed avail. in Canada??

I just saw a late 90's/early millenium Regal GS being flat-towed on a towbar behind a motothome this past weekend on I-81N in Virginia. Car & RV had Quebec or Ontario tags. Can you tow an automatic trans FWD car on a towbar, are there kits to allow this, or is a manual trans version available in Canada? Any thoughts? Just took me by suprise and got me thinkin', thats all. T I A.

Can you tow an FWD auto, yes you can do anything you want. Should you no, since there's no fluid pumping and it can do damage to your tranny. Unless its a saturn, they put the pump on the output shaft for just this reason.

Sure you can...you just have to remove the driveshaft!
