Remington 770 7mm w/scope

A co-worker would like to trade this rifle to me for my stock 8.5 posi center section and gears out of my Gn.
Is this worth the trade, I know I will not use this in my car anymore since I upgraded?

I'd say noooooooo. I like Remingtons but the 770 sucks.... Check out gunbroker.com for an idea on pricing....

yea the 770 is like a crap version of the 700 (which i have and love!). i think new they are only like 3-400.
