replacement ramchargers fan motor?

Has anybody found a replacement motor for the ramchargers fan. One of my fan's motor is out.

Just buy a new set from GBODYPARTS and make sure you have a relay. I think they are around $90. My 2 cents. Brad

Just went through this and the only one is.....??
G body parts, but get this.
I installed my new ones with the Caspers Hotwire kit that is supposed to eliminate the motor volt drop that supposedly burns em up and the pass side fan motor is already starting to squeak as it is coming to a stop. They are not even 6 months old.

Do yourself a favor and buy the Spal dual fans...it cost more but you will probably only have to buy fans once. I used to have the Ramchargers fans and they crapped out on me in just over a year. Seems many folks have about the same lifespan from these motors as I did. By the time you bought 2 of the RC fans you coulda bought one of the Spal fans. I got mine off ebay brand new for about 180 bucks from one of those ebay stores. And I also got Caspers dual fan relay for the Spal fans. Also I tried looking up the fan motors only for a Dodge Intrepid to replace my old Ramcharger ones and they're like 140 bucks each.

ok here is how I made mine. You know how in desks that have file cabinets that have those bars that hold up the files? Well my desk had like 10 of them so I used of those. http://www.glassblower.info/images/ferritti.jpg Thats what they look like. Then I simply cut and bent the bar to fit into the stock fan location holes. No zipties of force fit here. I drilled a hole into the plastic fan moulding and just attached them there. I will see if I can get a pic.

if you just need a motor go to your local dodge,chrysler or jeep dealer and get it off a lh intrepid model around 00-02, thats what the fans come off of.

If you bought these from me send them Back & I'll send you a new unit. Has to be a manufactures defect. We buy enough I should be able to get it returned.

For what fans? Both of them are. Look at post 7 for spal's and look at Brians site for the ramchargers.
