Guys, are there any vendors out there that actually will paint and ship both the front and rear bumper fillers?

Additionally, how easy or how hard is it to change out the front and rear fillers and can they all be changed without removing the bumpers (I hope so).

Thanks

I'm also looking into some new front and rear filler panels soon as mine just started cracking. I heard you can replace the front filler panels without removing the bumper, but i heard on the rear fillers the bumper must be removed. I guess I will find out soon enough!

There are no venders that I'm aware that will paint your fillers for you. Take them to any body shop and they should do it for a reasonable price. Gloss black is gloss black is gloss black, and it's relatively cheap automotive paint.

You can R&I the front fill panels without removing the bumper. You have to be very careful and patient when re-installing the panel, so that you do not mess up your nice newly painted panel. Just take your time and be patient, or spend an extra half hour and loosen the front bumper on the opposite side you're working, and remove the bolts on the side you're working, and slide the panel in hassle free.

why would you replace the fillers without removing the bumpers?its not hard to take the bumpers off!

Bumpers are heavy. I used a transmission jack to hold rear bumber and square it up.

need to do mine as well will be getting them soon dreding removing bumper

Just replaced my fronts very simple job, just get a buddy to hold the bumper while you adjust it so you don't scuff that nice new shiny paint.

Who did you get yours from? Any major modifications besides painting them?

TIA

I had a set that came with another gn I had, they where original GM still in the box,I believe kirbans still has original GM fillers.

original still available from GM

contact turbofish38
he has supplied me with plenty of them,
( he works for GM dealer, and will cut you a decent price)

Whats better the ABS plastic or the original? As far as quality and prep work goes? Thanks.

Guys, I checked with the dealer today and GM dealers no longer can get either front or rear fillers as both items are now discontinued. He even showed me the computer screen where it did say "filler - discontibued item" because at first I didn't believe him and was pissed.

Bummer because I wanted them fast. I'll try Kirbans.
