Repro Window Sticker Help

[Bad Buick]

I am getting ready to use the template from GNTTYPE.ORG to make my own window sticker.
The template has all the info as well as the correct Buick Heading.However...The column to the right(Beside the RPO Codes) is blank.I dont know what to put in there.Would someone have a legible copy of their window sticker so I know what info to fill in in that blank column?
You could email me if you don't feel comfortable posting it here on the site.Here is the window sticker template.I have a detailed report from GM vintage services on all the options my GN came with..Just want to fill this template in correctly.

My car is a WE4 wiyth a sticker price of $17,139.00 But by looking at mine I would think that that column would have been for more options if you had a really loaded car. H.T.H.

I just finished doing a reproduction window sticker for my car. I can/will email in to you. It's on my home computer and i'm at work. Will have to do it tomorrow sometime. Shoot me and email and I'll send it on over to you.
